Ingredients
3 1/2cupswhite sugar
2 1/4cupsunsweetened cocoa powder
1tbspsea salt
Instructions
Add 3 1/2 cups of white sugar, 2 1/4 cups of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon of sea salt to a large bowl or container.
Use a spoon to stir the sugar, cocoa, and salt together until the mixture is evenly combined.
Store the homemade hot cocoa mix in an airtight container.
For a single serving of hot chocolate, heat 1 cup of whole milk in the microwave until hot (about 2 minutes), then stir in 2 tablespoons of cocoa mix. If desired, top with whipped cream.
