Quilted Strawberry Craft
I’m not exactly sure why, but this spring, I can’t get enough of strawberries—and I might’ve made too many strawberry-themed crafts! Maybe it’s because this winter felt especially long, and I’m craving warm days spent outside in the garden. There’s something about the bright red berries, fresh air, and sunshine that feels like the perfect way to welcome a new season.
This craft is simple for kids, especially with a little preparation. Using a paper trimmer to cut the squares in advance can save time, and sorting them by color into bowls makes the process even easier!

Paper Strawberry Craft Directions
Making a paper strawberry craft is a fun and creative activity for kids! Follow these step-by-step instructions to piece together your own colorful, quilted paper strawberry.
STEP 1: Prepare the supplies. Download the strawberry template from the supply list, then print it on white cardstock. Use a paper trimmer to cut 10 1-inch squares of green scrapbook paper and 23 1-inch squares of red and pink scrapbook paper.
Next, use scissors to cut 8 of the green squares and 6 of the red and pink squares into triangles.
STEP 2: Cut out the template. Use scissors to cut out the strawberry. It’s honestly okay if some of the black lines around the edge seem to disappear. The lines on this craft are light and thin by design!
STEP 3: Glue the shapes. Use a glue stick to secure the shapes to the pattern, as pictured below. Press each piece down firmly to make sure everything sticks in place.
STEP 4: Enjoy your craft! Your strawberry craft is complete! Now it’s ready to be displayed, used for creative play, or incorporated into a fun spring-themed activity. Whether it becomes part of a bulletin board, a handmade card, or a colorful garland, this cheerful craft brings a bright touch to any space.
