Directions for the Easter Hedgehog Craft
Making your own festive hedgehog is so much fun! Follow the directions below to learn how to make it.
STEP 1: Download and print the hedgehog template. Our Easter Hedgehog Craft template is available in our Teachers Pay Teachers shop as an electronic file. After purchasing the template, download it to your device and then print it on cardstock.
STEP 2: Color the patterns. Use markers, crayons, or colored pencils to color in the hedgehog body and Easter eggs. We used our favorite Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils.
STEP 3: Cut the templates. Use scissors to cut apart the hedgehog shape and Easter eggs.
STEP 4: Put the craft together. Glue the Easter eggs to the hedgehog’s body to create the hedgehog’s bristles.
STEP 5: Make the card (optional). If you wish to turn your hedgehog into an Easter card, glue the top of the hedgehog’s body to the second template that contains the text “Happy Easter!”
STEP 7: Your craft is finished! Your Easter Hedgehog Craft is complete! Kids will enjoy sharing their craft with friends and family.
