“My Little Nut” Acorn Craft
It’s fun to look back through the years and see photos from years gone by. This adorable acorn craft will be a treasure for years to come! Jumbo popsicle sticks, paint, glue, and a wallet-sized photograph are all it takes to create this sweet keepsake. Make 2 painted acorns—one for you and one for the grandparents!
Older kids can paint their acorn on their own! For smaller hands that may need help, invite them to gather the supplies and count out the 6 popsicle sticks. Teach them to layout the project. Guide them with cutting the printable, “My Little Nut.” Between cutting, gluing, and painting the popsicle sticks, kids will develop basic fine motor skills.
