How to Make a Melted Snowman in a Jar
Long ago, back in the 1980s, my youngest brother made a similar project with his kindergarten class. Every holiday season, I looked forward to my Mom unpacking it from the box of winter decorations so I could play with it. Button eyes and mouth, twig arms, fabric scarf, top hat, and tiny carrot nose…I just thought it was the cutest little winter snow globe jar!
Pair this clever snowman craft with:
- Books about snow, snowmen, or winter
- A winter nature walk
- Winter writing or drawing prompts, such as our plastic plate snow globe
