A fun summer twist on the classic game of Ring Toss, Root Beer Ring Toss is simple, entertaining, and has a very sweet ending!
To play Root Beer Ring Toss, you will need to gather your kids, a six-pack of your favorite root beer, and three regular mouth canning rings. Each player gets three turns to “ring” the bottles.
We played Root Beer Ring Toss under the shade of a Red Maple, giggling and enjoying the warm breeze. Colin was very precise and spent a lot of time fine-tuning his aim, but to be honest, Owen totally cheated!
When the boys were finished playing the game, I brought out vanilla ice-cream so they could taste their very first Root Beer Float!
The boys enjoyed pouring the root beer and watching it foam! Much to my surprise, they did not care for the fizz of their floats. (More for me! Huzzah!)
Root Beer Ring Toss, topped off with Root Beer Floats was a great way to spend an afternoon. For more summer fun, you might enjoy playing water blaster games or catching frogs and toads!
